Can't you just see their enthusiasm for Easter? They did have fun looking for eggs in the backyard but we kept it quite simple this year. Kyla had a hard time waiting for the Easter Bunny to come since he didn't show up until after church when Daddy was done with his meetings. Jake had more fun swinging his bucket and dumping all the eggs than looking to see what was inside.

The result of tipping a kitchen chair over on your head and getting a horrible stitch job done. I might have been able to do a better job myself - I did cut the stitches a bit (after the picture) so that they didn't bug her as bad. After tipping the chair, her first question before the tears was whether she had broke open her head and was I let her see "the hole" in her head she calmed down and got ready to head to the doctor. She did an amazing job only freaking out when they needed to numb her and being quite impatient asking if it was done yet. Since this is her second time getting stitches, I hope that we are not going to make it a yearly tradition!
